Decoupage The Dolly Dimples Way - Part 3

 Happy Monday
Am here today to share with you my trio of Christmas Goodies

These have all been decoupaged to the max and because I wanted the sentiment on the front of the box too - I used 2 sheets . You get ample on a sheet so the box without the sentiment you would only need one.
This sheet is one of my favourite's although this changes daily
The card is 6 3/4" x 5 ", (I know a bit of an odd shape)
The box is 5 1/2" x 4"

and then the little tag - which measures around 2" x 3"

I so, so, so loved making this trio -
and this is what I used
Dolly Dimples - Mixed Media Cardstock
Dolly Dimples - Vellum

Why Cyril?? To be honest I have no idea, but when making fun things I love to name them and Cyril just arrived in my head :-)
He was so, so easy to make with very few ingridiants

Polkadoodles Crafting ~Christmas Organiser

Happy Friday to you all hope you all have a great weekend
I am sharing with you a Christmas Organiser that I made
It took a few days to make but I did love the outcome.
I started of with the file from Sandra's that you can find here

I used buff card from Papermill direct as its nice and sturdy and a good colour choice for a Christmas project
Once my project was all cut out I  inked the edges with walnut stain distress ink.
I then used the lovely
Winnie Winterland to decorate
this was totally fun
Not only is it decorated outside but also inside
I filled it with bits n bobs for Christmas
Like tags, cards, bows, flowers etc
This is the inside that lifts out

and here is the drawer that pulls out
A quick look at the inside
Some cards with matching envelopes

I totally loved making this and already have plans to make another
Here is a little capture of many more photos there really is so much to see

Baked With Love - Polkadoodles Crafting

Happy Monday to you all

Have you all spotted the new releases over at Polkadoodles?
&
Baked With Love
Have you all spotted the great bargain?
pop here to see how you can save a whopping 50% on baked With Love
But hurry the offer wont be about forever.....

So this is what I have been playing with at the weekend
A lovely file from Sandra's that  I cut on my portrait it is called BBQ and you can find it in the store right here. How fun and clever! The base opens up so you could hide a pressie or two inside.
I cut the base in really strong Kraft card

I made mine slightly different as I wanted a kitchen feel, so simply made the back a bit longer
Cut a hole so it looked like an oven
shrunk down the cupboard piece (only legnth ways not width) adding in 4 sqaures in place of the cooker, making an extra row of cupboards

For decoration I have mainly used
Baked With Love
It really fitted with my kitchen theme
I also borrowed a few bits from
Picknix 3 Nordic Winter - The little jars in the top cabinet
Twiggy Festive Fun - The coloured fairy lights
The Kettle on the stove is a cut file that you can find here I have just shrunk it right down

The main star of the show is Gingerbread Baker, working so hard to get all those festive nibbles baked but spot the naughty little Gingers hiding in the cupboards!!
I used actetate on the cooker front and on the front of the hanging cupboard
Added in a little clock charm, lots of food and utensils , a pie baking in the oven and my kitchen was good to go
Thanks for stopping by today
Please help yourself to a festive cookie that are sitting on the counter top
xx

Q. Why did the gingerbread man go to the doctor?
A. He was feeling crummy.
