About Me

Feb 2020
Wow What a year so far~ I was so lucky to be making samples again for Hochanda for JMC Designs it was there debut show on Feb 14th 2020 so pretty special. Julia is lovely and it was a total blast making things for her, The stamps were very cute.
What else has been happening??
I have at last started a journal , I was pretty ashamed after a sort out to find out how many I had brought that sat unused. I think I found the actual process of where to begin daunting, and what if I went wrong? Actually so what its a piece of paper! Once I started I loved it , I like the idea of not actually planning just going with whatever I wish. So if your like me kick your fears aside they really are great fun!

I am found most afternoons in my craft room I always find something to do , just recently I made a huge stack of cards , nothing too fancy mainly simple die cuts , flowers etc for a local charity stall, I keep lots of bits 'n' pieces in a box , and as for scraps of paper, I am getting worse!! One thing I am getting better at is breaking into my paper pads, I do love a pretty paper!

So whats my goals/aims for the year ahead, I would love to join another DT I have so much time to fill I love to be arty busy.
I mainly adore stamping , colouring, Die cutting and like to make anything from a card to a 3d item and anything inbetween

To think this time last year I was contemplating giving up crafting, I am so very glad I just took the step I did, I am loving Crafting like never before.
I have met some super duper people some I know will be friends for life and I hope to meet many more this year.

September 2019
I thought my blog was due another update , although nothing much in life has changed. I am back to crafting and creating and being in a place that I am truly happy . I have turned new corners and met some amazing people that has restored my love and faith in the crafting world.
I am still with Crafty Ribbons have been doing samples for them for there shows for many years and in 2017 joined there DT. Ali is wonderful and I get to play with  work with lots of scrummy ribbons. I am adoring Stampotique the quirky stamps are such a blast, A wonderful DT to be a part of and I still pinch myself now that they said yes.
So in a nutshell that's my year up to now
Still enjoying crafting to the fullest with a beaming smile on my face

2019
Has been a very busy year with lots of twists and turns in my life  - I was extremly poorly it started on Christmas Eve I got the most awful hacking cough, by early January I had phenomia , I was the most scared I have ever been in my life... Anyway I did recover but not until early Feb. All that time with no crafting , I had lost my mojo , I knew I wanted to craft again but I started to revaluate things and what I wanted to do and most importantly  who with.
I was taken on for 4 months with Fiskars, a great company and  really enjoyed playing with there punches.
I wanted to discover new things, new mediums, mixed media, stamping. I applied for  a fresh new DT  Stampotique ...I was gobsmacked to be taken on  ,  I love the DT dearly . I then turned another corner with Pinflair , Would I like to make some samples for TV?? You bet I would...Oh My I adore Pinflair products, the cartonnage kits are so much fun , if you had read 2017 you would see I down sized house , the way I am going I will need a bigger house!!

So there thats me in the first half of 2019 enjoying Crafting to the fullest

2017
Time for an update..... We have recently moved house (for last time) We have down sized and moved to Northamptonshire to a sleepy little town called Desborough in the UK.
