Christmas Cards

I decided to get ahead this weekend with making some  Christmas cards
These little owls are sooooo very cute and they were a freebie
from The docrafts facebook page
I printed them out onto an A4 sheet and cut each one out.
I then added glossy accents to there eyes, beaks feet and any holly there was. I added white shimmer detail sparkle to the Christmas hats.
I decided on the easel cards, these are my absolute favourite type of cards at the moment.

This one was made using one of the freebie papers that came with the owls.(There are 4 freebie papers)

All of the other cards I have used papers from
(the crackers and bows have all been made from same papers)
I must admit those crackers took me ages they were too small for my fat fingers
The Sentiments are from

I tried to make each card a little different, but of course each one contained at least one of those sweet owls (I attached them with foam tape so they really pop of the card)

It was fun using all my Christmas trims, I love using the little berries and the tiny acorns

I finished off by adding some personalised baubles which I dusted with Barn Door Distress ink

With her you also get the lush paper which compliments her so well, it had to be used.

Magic Bubble Bath

Wowser - October already ...When did that happen??
I know its the month of Witches and Hauntings and anything BOO....
but I could not resist creating something ultra cute
I used the wonderful image
Magic Bubble Bath
You can find her in The Paper Shelter Shop here
Is'nt  she just adorable

I dusted around the edge using spun sugar Distress Ink
I coloured using Graph'It Markers
With a sprinkling of Glamour Dust on her wings.
I used her along side the Paper Pack
Country Dream
also from The Paper Shelter store - you can find that here.
(The only paper used not from the pack was the Blue/White checked which I paper pierced the bath and made some bows from)
The Background paper, flowers, buttons and hearts are all from the pack.

I fussy cut some buttons, hearts and flowers out of the two Embellishment sheets, which really are swit swoo...
Inside the flowers I used a potion of Glossy accents and Glamout dust they really sparkle in real life.
The bubbles have all been glossy accented
Finished off with a few pearls on center of bows and some pink and blue liquid pearls dotted about
xx
