Hello and welcome back to my blog for the second post today

as it  is the launch of the Allspice Collection the new releases from JMC Designs

So this time round I have used
Cinnamon, Vanilla and some Mushooms and made Felicity some book marks

Felicity adores reading, and always joins in with the Library reading challenge, I have made her so many bookmarks I think she sends back the books with them in for someone else
Mind she loved these foxes I think they will be well cared for

Me as usual have had my crafting head on

A little house-work in between, only a little though.....

Anyways am here today to share with you my DT make for Crafty Ribbons

Using the delicious ribbon 

Sun Bonnet Sue

How cute!!

I popped some pretty DP paper on too a 6x6 card blank adding my ribbon

I also used a small piece of a doily

I coloured my image using Distress Ink Refils

and matted her up

Added some random paper flowers

The sentiment is from a WORDage stamp set from Bee Crafty

A huge love of mine that sits on my desk as I use it so much

Crafty Ribbons ~ Cyril the Snowman

Happy Saturday Everyone

Meet Cyril

Why Cyril?? To be honest I have no idea, but when making fun things I love to name them and Cyril just arrived in my head :-)

He was so, so easy to make with very few ingridiants

2 sheets of white A4 Card Stock

half a sheet of black 

a mini scrap of orange

2 googly eyes

scraps of ribbon

I cut him out on my portrait and adhered him together 

I did actually add some blue glittered cardstock to his hat, but later went over with a scrap of ribbon to match his fun scarf

Lastly adding a small length of ribbon for the drawer pull

This is actually a wonderful size with plenty of uses

Fill with sweets for a great affordable Teachers gifts (makes note)

Stocking fillers filled with treats or small gifts

I'm sure you can thing of many more

Five little speckled frogs
Sat on a speckled log
Eating some most delicious bugs.
YUM! YUM!
One jumped into the pool,
Where it was nice and cool,
Now there are four green speckled frogs!
GLUB! GLUB!

I created a trio of fun

The little bag was cut on my portrait and attatched the 

Animal Cuties jumping Frogs Ribbon

Loving this ribbon so much!

I just adore his sparkly crown, every Frog should own one

I then coloured two Frogs from 

Toadally in Love Set

these are from DigiStamp Boutique

They are a set of 3 frogs , a rock and also sentiments 

Well worth a nosey!

I added googly eyes for some extra fun

I used Graph'It Markers to colour up and then some chunky glitter

Finishing of attatching Ribbon and then those absolutly stunning fun buttons

They were the perfect finish

I am here to share with you my Owl cards with matching tags

I absolutly adored making these up

The owls are pre coloured (you do get a b/w version too)

and you can find them at

Buzz owl set ~ there are actually 4 coloured versions but I just used 3

I printed them out a few times as I decoupaged there wings and eyes.

The embossing folders used are We R memory keepers, just love the crispness of these.

The sentiment was cut on my portrait

For the tags I used Creative Dies~ Tags & Box window die set.

The Ribbons are from Crafty Ribbons

I think she really suited the pink and blue

The flowers are very old dies, but I still love them

Stampin' Unicorn Crafting

I am sooooooooo very happy to have been asked to join the brand new 

Stampin' Unicorn Crafting DT

So my new name for this DT is....

Flutterby Sparkle Scatty

We all have our own unicorn names ~ How fun is that

For someone up until about 12 months ago who did not stamp ~ I am thrilled to bits

For my first project

I have used the scrummy stamp

Magical  Dwellings

it's so beautiful I just know this will be well used!

I also added one of the Mushrooms from the Autumn Harvest Stamp Set

I have used Polychromo Pencils to colour

with some glitter on the windows ~ It just screamed at me for glitter

the only problem being my camera has a phobia against it and will not take decent photos for any amount of bribery!!

 The Sentiment stamps can be found on

I have used Distress Oxides for the background

and the Die I have used is the Toadstool Die from Polkadoodles

When my ribbons arrived I really did not want to cut them up ~ The one I have used today really caught my eye and can definatly be used all year round ~ I went down a different route than Christmas and made a New home tag.

Using the wonderful

25mm Houses Ribbon

I used some Distress Oxides on the tag

With a few background stamps

I used the Doublet Die and matching stamp for the bird you can find that in the Polkadoodles Store

 here.

I also used a few circles of  White Gesso , The Happy New Home stamp was a freebie from a magazine

I doodled around the sentiment and tag edge with a fine micron pen

I finished off with a slice of lace
