Happy Choosday to you all

We are going all vintage over at Digi Choosday this week

I struggled a little with this challenge 

but hopefully am somewhere near the vintage look

For my  card this week I used the lovely Rose Budd collection, the image papers, postcard, feather and violin are all from the collection - Miss Millicent is also available as a clear stamp

I coloured her with Graph'It Markers and covered the pumpkins with Glossy accents.

Added a few bats, ghosts etc which are Halloween confetti 

The treat box hat was cut on my portrait,

Too early to fill with candy as we would eat them before Halloween!

I love buttons, one of my favourite embellishments.

 I have used 3 on my project the 2 little dotty ones on the shelf and the pink bee button under the shelf, how cute is that!

 I have used the lovely digi image Camille Mum to be coloured with Graph'It markers. 

The papers are from the Pretty Sweet collection,

 and the little birdy at the window and the bears are from the Winston collection.

Today over at Polkadoodles we have a brand new challenge

This fabby sketch

 I used the fantastic Work and Play Festive Hollybobs collection. 

There are so many lush papers to mix and match

I had not used the ginger bread before so went down that route

How cute are they!

The flower and holly have been layered to give some depth.

Etty

I so love Etty, (a friend of Winston's)

I made a card with her the other day and as I was making it, I already had whirlwinds travelling around my head of my next project with her.

I am loving these round easel cards, but this time did a mini one, I still managed to pack lots of bits on.

All the papers, of course Etty, flowers, button, dress, zip, hats are all from the lovely Winston collection, 

honestly every time I look I find something new

The sewing maching was cut on my portrait using matching papers from the collection

I added a little pink bakers twine and then again turned to the collection for a couple of buttons, flowers and a scrap of material .

I distressed around the edge of Etty and added white liquid pearls here and there. Added a couple of hat pins and a hanger and a few pearls. A puddle of glossy accents to the flower centers.

Finished off with a little bit of bling dotted about

What a beautiful colour combination for Christmas. I decided to make a Christmas snowflake lantern.

Etty - Happy Birthday

Earlier this week I blogged a shadow box using the lovely new Deluxe collection from Polkadoodles called Winston

Today I am sharing with you this  Birthday card  that I made yesterday for my Sister using the lovely Etty.

How absolutly cute is she! and I just love the little bird.

All the papers used , Etty, Bird , Tea-Cup, Tea Pot, Cake Butterfly, Balloon, Hearts Sentiment are all from the collection

I glossy accented over Etty's nose, Birds beak and Balloon.

Added in a few flowers and a little bling from stash

and finished off with some Pearls, Candi and Liquid Pearls (petal Pink)- I also used spun sugar Distress Ink around Etty.

I absolutly adore making tags, (there are more tomorrow on my blog!)

Nothing looks better than a parcel, covered with brown paper and a lovely ribbon with a handmade tag

I had some free time today, bit too cold for gardening which was the plan, so to the craft desk I did go

I used the lovely image from the Paper Shelter

Getting Ready for Christmas

I printed it out twice so I fussy cut the trousers, socks, jacket and hat to give some depth .

I coloured with Graph'It markers and used glamour dust for sparkle.

I used a lovely Christmas embossing folder and finished off with some Holly, White Liquid Pearls, Bakers Twine,and a lovely sparkly flower from stash

There were many, many beautiful samples shown and a couple of great projects shown to you by Nikky.

I was lucky to spot one of my samples shown and am proud to share it with you

I decided on a shadow box that I made with Kraft 

and I used the lovely Etty character, a friend of Winston's

All the bows, hats, dresses, flowers, buttons, papers etc are all from the wonderful collection

I just added some metal hangers and a little lace

I absolutly love this collection

It really is a crafters dream and would add you ooodles of loveliness

 I used the lovely digi stamp Bee Happy, how cute is the little scene 

 I printed it twice to fussy cut out some extra petals. Coloured in with a memento dual marker, I had lots of fun
