Meeting Lavender

A bit late in the day but it's a busy time here, We currently have our Granddaughter staying before she returns to school.

I could not wait to colour up this little beauty from Polkadoodles

she is a newbie on the block called

Lavender

I coloured her using Graph'It Markers

and then matched her to the papers from 

Helga Collection

Also used from this collection flowers, sentiment, tag, butterfly and heart

I also used Nuvo Drops ~ Carnation Pink

I doodled around the sentiment using fine liners

The beautiful ribbons are from 

Crafty Ribbons

and I used

Swiss Dots 

which comes in an array of colours

and also a smidge of 

Satin 3mm

I buy this by the bagful I use loads

Everything used from my card except the two flowers with Nuvo Drops in are from the collection. 

 I love how everything matches.

I cut lots out several times so I could layer up

 I love the little tags you get in the collection

To finish off I added a pearl to her bow

Some Nuvo drops to the tag and flowers

And I used the fantastic 3mm Satin Ribbon for the tag

and finished with a scrummy slice of Lace

Happy Wednesday

I really enjoyed making my Helga card yesterday I simply had to do another

I love re-visiting some of the older kits its amazing what you missed first time round

This is Helga Hippo

Flower Girl

 how sweet is she, You can get single digi images or part sets even paper kits or the full BIG Kahuna Download Bundle which is what I used

Again everything from the kit (except for a small piece of Green pearl cardstock, Nuvo Drops and sequins)

I used the pre - coloured Helga allowing me to decoupage up a bit

I adore making the flowers come to life

Nuvo Drops is Bubblegum Blush ( love that name)

Loving the sentiment

I'm sure there will be more from Helga very soon

I am here today to share with you a Pink card using the lovely Helga Hippo

This is Helga Hippo Bedtime, how cute is she, You can get single digi images or part sets even paper kits or the full BIG Kahuna Download Bundle which is what I used

I used a pre- Coloured Helga topper and printed a few times so I could slot a little decoupage in  , Just love those papers there are some really pretty ones in this collection

look at those lush flowers , simply printed, cut , shaped and voila my blooms came to life along with a little butterfly

Another favourite from this collection the little tag, how adorable with a perfect sentiment popped on

I added a snip of ribbon to finish it off

I used Nuvo Crystal Drops Gloss Carnation Pink to finish

 For my project this week I have made a little gift bag, I have used the new collection Helga and I have decorated using the design sheet 1 . I have also used one of the tags from the collection adding a little distress ink using a couple of little masks
The design sheets are fab and are great if you want a quick make ~The sheets have been carefully put together so everything co-ordinates

This is my last make for the New release party over on Facebook 
So I thought it apt to put Helga to bed 
I cut the bed on my portrait

and made a quilt and pillow  using one of the lovely design papers, edging the pillow with lace.

I used lots of different elements from the collection to decorate

So love that cosy dressing gown

There are so many fun elements on this collection it was great adding them

those tiny flower pots , so sweet

I love the little fences and the cute clouds
