I am so much brighter now I cam see my Daughter properly , we are still very sensible amd sit in the garden at a distance but we are able to have meals together and share some wine

Sooooo what have I been up to this week

busy, busy, busy

I have been making samples for Crafty Devils who on Monday have shows on Hochanda 7.00 am and 11.00 am. Where there will be some brand new Gypsy Stamps ~ these were very popular last time (April) ~ these new ones are so delicious and work so well alongside the the older sets

This time the challenge is

Birds and Mainly Colour Purple

I loved, loved, loved this challenge

Infact I love, love, love Stampotique , I am so excited to be able to spend another year with them.

I used Distress Oxides for the background along with a little sequin waste as a stencil.

I used the lovely stamps

Birdy Up

Carols Flower

Happy Tree (star)

Altered Hello

They were coloured up using Distress Ink refils

I used a white gel pen for highlights

Gingham or Check ~ Crafty Ribbons

Hi Everyone, This week over on the Crafty Ribbon facebook page we are sharing our makes using Gingham or Check Ribbons, there are so many instore to choose from

So here is my DT project for this time

I have made a little note card

I started of with some lemon checked cardstock

then I found this beautiful image, it is pre - coloured from LOTV Etsy store

(yes its true I have fallen head over heels with the images)

This one is Spring Floral, I do love the chaffinch, it's one of my favourites

I mounted up the main image then did a little decoupage, also cutting into some of the birds and popping them around the page

The Sentiment also from LOTV  embossed labels, this is very well used.

I added my ribbon which in real life is a perfect match and of course from the fabulous 

Crafty Ribbons

Country Check - Gold /White

Popped on a couple of birds and my notecard was good to go

Kawaii Scouts

I made a 3d project , cutting out the tent fire and lamp on my portrait (and the grey tree's but please ignore them I ran out of green card stock)

I coloured up the scouts and cookies using Distress Ink Refils

I am here today to share with you my Word Up Weekend card for the wonderful Stampotique

For WUW we can make anything we wish aslong as we use our Stampotique Stamps along with a sentiment

Stampotique have so many wonderful sentiments I adore them , they often brighten my day and I sit giggling away as I am crafting

The one I have used today is new to me but is one of my favourites

For my project today I have used Distress Oxide Inks on the background

I had a doodle around the edge with a black micron pen.
