For my first release I have used 
Uli Unicorn

I adore Uli such a fun unicon
Definatly one for the craft room wall so I used a canvas
After a coat of Gesso I used some Texture paste through some stencils.
Once dry out came the Distress Oxides adding in some extra detail using the stencils again.

Uli was coloured using Distress Ink refils
and for her detail and a few stars around her I used Gold Kuratake Gansai Tambi paint

The sentiment was computer generated and coloured over using Oxides

This week I have been playing with two stamp sets

Campervan (contains 22 stamps)

Say It With Flowers (contains 8 stamps)

For my project this week I made 3 cards

These cards are 6" x 6"

I stamped using Archival Ink onto water colour card

Using Distress Inks to colour and white posca for fine detail

(loving the colours)

I adored the campervan there is so much detail and the set contains so many stamps .

Included is a set of numbers and another number plate so you could fully create your own to match the recipient

I finished of using the large sentiment from Say it with Flowers

It is so good how the sets can be combined and work so well to compliment each other

CoCo Pops Wreath

Happy Thursday to you all

Here today to share with you my first ever wreath

I love the colours of Autumn so that was my aim but also to feel Christmassy

First of all I cut out the circles several times so it was nice and sturdy , I used empty Coco pops cereal boxes ideal for my project

The Ribbon is from the 

Magic Sparkles Embellishment Kit

I totally adore these Embellies, you get tons of WOW bits n pieces

Once my ribbon was attached I was away stamping tons of different flowers and leafs from different stamp sets,

and finally Harvest Clear Stamp Set 

I used this set for the leaves, this will be well used I adore them and such a lovely size they were perfect

I then set about painting using Shimmering Watercolour paints, scrunched them up and left to dry

I layered up the flowers using Pinflair glue for depth and popped the leaves in any gaps and there my project was complete 

I really enjoyed making this up and am looking set to make another real soon!

Love to Create Challenge - GDT

Happy Sunday to you all today I have the honour of being a GDT for the

Love to Create

The Challenge is always anything Creative/Mixed Media Goes

pop across they have some wonderful prizes you could win

As it's almost Halloween

that became my project focus

I cut out three tag shapes onto watercolour card and printed off three of the lovely Oddella's that you can find in the Polkadoodles store Here

I coloured up the Oddella's using Polychromo Pencils in shades of grey and red

I used Distress Oxides on the tags mainly Iced Spruce with some splashes of Black soot.

Next came the stamps  I used Absolute Vintage Clear stamp set - stamping Cogs and clocks randomly. I also used a few other stamps for the circles and lines.

I also had a play with a few masks.

Added a little red paint to the top of each one and let it run down the tag.

I lastly added a few different size sequins and  a sentiment to each one

The sentiments have a brush of fired brick distress ink and finished off with a little doodle
