I have used 
Small homes quote

I cut the house out (which is actually a gift box) on my portrait
and assembled
I added a snip of ribbon from Crafty Ribbons
Organza Swiss Dots
I stamped the sentiment and cut it up , edged it in black and adhered to front tree

Happy Tuesday to you all, Wow these weeks are flying by I am really being kept busy with Christmas this year, almost into December , most of my pressie buying is done (not wrapped though) . Our tree will go up on the 1st , some say that's early but its my tree and my choice so bah humbug!! Our Granddaughters Elf arrives on the 1st so there will be lots of excitment in the house.

Time to stop waffling and share with you a little card I made

I have used Distress Ink refils to colour
for the background I have used Distress Ink Oxides
Along with some stencils
Some ripped newspaper (love using this)
and some random flowers snipped out from a B n M's Paper pack, I loved the pop of yellow they brought

Meet Sidney ~ Crafty Ribbons

So excited about this post, I just love, love, love these Ribbons

Do you wanna build a Snowman??

I did just that and I have called him Sidney

I totally love him

I cut him on my portrait, each little block is a box that opens, ideal for those little festive treats

I carefully cut the little Robin out from the

Robin Ribbon

I actually think this is my favourite ribbon ever

Then I made Sidney a scarf using

I cut out a little penquin

Winter fun 16mm Ribbon

and used

around his base

I finished Sidney off by adding a few

Hope you all had a great weekend

I had quite a crafty weekend got a lot of things ticked off , there is a few more bits I want to finish, tomorrow afternoon looks good for that.

Something I have wanted to do for a while now is a shaker card

I did one a few years back but it wasn't very sucessful but I was so pleased how this one turned out

I won the Digi Doodles Challenge for last month I was absolutly thrilled and the prize was a couple of there fantastic digi's. I had a really hard time choosing, there were lots of crossing outs and re - adding going on, We have all been there I am sure. 

In the end I went for 

Christmas Morning

First of all I cut my snowglobe  several times using Granddaughters Co-Co pops cereal box (she had finished them)

I adhered them all together and popped an acetate circle on the top one

I printed and cut out the image into a circle and coloured up using Distress Ink refils

Once dry I added some glitter

It really is so sparkly in real life 

I popped some white sequins onto it and adhered to the back , quick trim it was sorted 

I carefully painted the outside edge with some blue acrylic paint ~ this wasn't really necessary but the brown board annoyed me

I chose my DP 
Snowflake Furry which is a digi kit from MJM Design Studios
and included the snowflake and popped the sentiment inside
The bow with the little bells also from there

I then cut out the topping for my snowglobe in matching DP . I was super excited at it was coming together and working properly.

I added a die flourish of sparkly spruce to finish

Now everytime Julia creates something new it becomes my firm favourite Clarice did not dissapoint I LOVE her

Another new love of mine I have just discovered 
MJM Design studios on Facebook which led me to the Esty Store
These sets are totally my cup of tea it would have been so very rude not to purchase a couple
And I am hooked , so everything you see on my make apart from Clarice was from the 
Fall into Autumn Collection
How real do those conkers look!! I am so pleased I found MJM Designs they are going to really  well used.
Clarice looks well at home!

I coloured clarice using a mixture of Inktense pencils and Distress Ink refils

Clarice does come with a couple of ladybirds attached but as I wanted her to be really Autumny I snipped them off

I did cut the fox and Mushrooms out in black also to give a little bit of shadow
and I used my trusty syringe glue and a few foam pads to give some depth to the layering up
