This time I have used a lovely template for the card from Sandra's which you can find in the store right here - I love the little pocket and can see it being used for many an occasion

to decorate - loving the flowers and leafs
The sentiment also from the collection as is the georgous little seahorse and beautiful paper.

Adding a slice of ribbon to the tag
I added some tiny bubbles and a scrap of netting
and some lovely Doodle Dewdrops to finish
