For this card I have used the cute image Cutherbert's party from Pollycraft. Cuthbert is one of my favourite characters from there and I have used him loads, he is coloured using promarkers.. The paper is the good life collection (forever friends), I have cut an extra set of balloons and stuck them with foam pads so they are raised and then used glossy accents on them, Diamond stickles have been used on his star and party hat. Everything else used is from stash.

Gorgeous card and I like what you've done with the vellum. I nearly bought some pre-done (is that a word??) sentiments that were on vellum, but wasn't sure how effective they'd be, now I can see I think I might have to buy some. Thanks for sharing. x
