I have used the line Gems/Charm/Dies

The stanp is Papermania Urban stamp called Tulip snowman (one of my favourites)

I have coloured with promarkers and then covered with micro glass beads - it really twinkles

The snowflake die is Spellbinders shapeabilities create a flake - very scrummy

The snowflakes were covered with glossy accents and a touch of glamour dust
