Happy Sunday ~ Time for a Puddle Jump

Happy Sunday to you all

after a rather blurgh week one way or another

I had some happy craft time this morning with my Grandaughter

I was going through my stash last night when I saw these sentiments

It was a must use and it's just how I feel right now

I have used the Vera Lane Studio set

Puddle Jumps

The background was made using 3 colours of Distress Oxide Inks

I used some various stencils of circles and brickwork

(The same 3 Oxide colours were used on the sentiments)

I coloured up using scrummy Distress Inks trying to keep the colours similar

How utterly cute is that little duck!

I also used some of the pre- coloured circles from the

Circles and Stems collage sheet

As you can see we totally had a blast with these 

Felicity did all the stamping of the little Tiny black circles and then colouring inside black with a little white dot to make them pop!!

I used distress Inks

and finished of with some lovely laces and flowers

Polkadoodles Sparkle ~ DT New Launch

Ohhhhh Wow how excited was I to be part of this new release 

Superb doesn't even come close

Here I am to share with you my first make

Swingin' by to say Hi

I have had tons of fun making my canvas board 

I started of by doing the boring white Gesso

I then stenciled with texture paste using

Tim Holtz brick wall

& 

Polkadoodles Accent Stencil (bubbles/circles)

Once dried I then swishes over with Ecolines , no particular colours just went with the flow

Then I used the accent Polkadoodles Stencil again this time using the star part and using some Distress Oxide inks in various colours

I coloured up my unicorns using Distress Inks trying to bring in some colours from the background.

I used Die's 

Cherry Blossom/Branch/Tree/Seaweed

and

Fluffy Clouds

Stamp Sets used

Dotty Daisies Clear Stamp Set

and 

Bee Nice

All coloured up using Distress inks and a sprinkle of Ultra fine Glitter on the Bee's wings

Once my canvas was assembled I radomly popped some mixed sequins on to finish

Fiskars DT

Good Morning to you all

Well yesterday was such a happy day

I joined the Fiskars DT group for 12 weeks

How cool is that !!

I hope you will follow my journey and see what I can create with my goodies

My first post went live on Facebook yesterday I was so excited

check out the Facebook group here

You will find amazing makes from past DT to present

Now as it is nearly Easter what better way to start than with some little Easter bags

I made some super yummy flowers with a feather punch!! How cute are they

I cut the little bags on my portrait

Punching out lots of feathers

I dusted around the edges with matching distress Ink , stuck them onto a circle (using small circle punch)

fluffed the feathers up a bit , Added a gem to each center

A stamped sentiment (onto punched tags)

Addded the chocolate goodies

and my bags were good to be hidden from Granddaughter!!

The background was made using Distress Oxides and a little splash of water and paint

Most of my tag has been made using various elements from 

Vera Lane Studios

I have used the lovely girl image from Dillys Days

The 2 pink flowers at the top are from the Blooms Collection

The Sentiment, Border (green along the bottom edge) and smaller flowers are from Brown Eyed Susan Collection

The Bee is borrowed from Sprinkle and Sparkle Fairy Sisters

and the Pink/Black border is from Collage Elements ~ Circles and Stems

Everything was coloured using Distress Inks

A little glitter on the bee's wings

A few random added sequins

Nuvo Drops ~ Ripened Pumpkin on the flower centers

And a few tiny random stamps to fill in gaps

I finished of with a lovely snip of ribbon from Crafty Ribbons

Grosgrain Ribbon ~ Swiss Dot Candelight/Tangerine
