Pearls and Bling

For my card I used the great

Girls Hoot Digi Downloads

Such a fab collection of owls, Papers, Sentiments and Emblies.

I am really loving shaped cards at the moment so went with the apron card cut out on my portrait. Added some pearls around the apron frill and some bling to the top - a small amount of ribbon and a little owl to finish

Amelia Braids

a total love to colour up, which I did using Graph'It Markers . I adore her in the Greens and Oranges but think she would look just as cool in pale pinks.

The white background I cut on my portrait

and added

some ribbon (excuse my messy bow) , some pearls, a charm, some twine and a few flowers

I coloured with Graph'It Markers, I was slightly concerned with her hair but I loved it in the end.

Think she sits perfectly on my little gift bag which I cut on my portrait

I have had some spare time of late so I have been on a colouring frenzy.

Hence two posts on my blog today 

Really enjoying putting those markers to good use

I thought this image would look fab on a door hanger.

 this image made me smile , sleeping like an angel but still I see a hint of mischief! 

Maybe dreaming of what she can get up to when she wakes!

I covered the stars using Glamour dust, they really do twinkle in real life.

and finished of by dotting some white liquid pearls about

I have coloured her with Graph'It markers

and I just adore how the colours of her cocktail drink turned out!

I used glossy accents on her glasses , never used that before over Graph'its but it turned out just fine.

I also used orange peel stickles on her earing, necklace and eye lids.

I cut the Island and palm tree on my portrait

(this is the second week of the challenge)

I love these pop up cards so much detail can be added yet they lay flat for posting - I have used four scrummy digi characters this time and there all having there fun in the sun! I have used the Caravanner girl and the lazy days  lad from 

work and play collection 3 

Lazy days lad is now also available as a clear stamp
