Digital Delights

Whooop Whooop, Wendy chose me to be part of her team on Digital Delights and I'm loving it - I get to work with the great and fun images . I do hope you will enjoy seeing my makes over the coming months.
For my first project I made an easel card and used the image called Valentine Bonnie and the sentiment Butterfly Kisses .
I have coloured Bonnie in promarkers and used Glossy accents on her shoes and hearts. I added a touch of glamour dust to her socks and tiny red beads around the main heart. The large butterflys were from my Xcut punch with some dots using my pearl pen. The smaller butterflys are from a border punch.

What a Shocker!!

For those that know me personally know I have a huge phobia of frogs and lizards to the point of when booking holidays I have to check the lizard population!
Imagine how shocked my hubby was when he saw me colouring in this image that I totally fell in love with!

This is my DT card for this fortnights Digistamps 4 Joy Challenge which is "Scraplift It"
I have used a selection of green promarkers to colour, gold stickles on the crowns finished off with tiny gold gems . I have used distress ink antique white around the image and sentiments. The ribbon is from crafty ribbons and the googly eyes from stash.

I have coloured the dragon with grey promarkers and used glamour dust on his wings the lady is coloured with black promarkers and gold glitter. The BP is glittered alphabet stack

Happy Birthday

After over spending in the sales on crafty must haves I put myself on a very strict stash ban (started last saturday at approx 9 p.m) of 8 weeks, I was too buy nothing until 5th march. Not a ribbon, a button , a digi image....... that was until I spotted this one on sunday afternoon hmmm my ban lasted less than 24 hours hehehe Oh well I tried!
The image is from Crafty Pad and is available here , you can see why I couldnt resist!!
I have used Promarkers to colour in and pink fairy sparkles fine glitter on there hats and the Happy Birthday. There are also some touches of silver 3d glitter glue on there hats. They have a splodge of glossy accents on there noses and tales.
The Roses and Pins are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons.
I made a little error on the flag so cut another out and stuck on with some foam pads, I'm now rather pleased I made the error.

Digistamps 4 Joy

Whoooopeeee the day is here where I can say on my blog that I am now part of the DT team for Digistamps 4 Joy. I love all the images and am thrilled to be working with them.

This fortnight see's the challenge of "Button Up" - Use Button/Buttons on your creation.

I used the wonderful image freckle face fairy sitting and she is available here.

I have used promarkers to colour her and glamour dust on her wings. A tiny gold gem on her dress and hairband and covered them with a splodge of glossy accents. Flowers are from papermania capsule collection. The ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons. The buttons were from my wonderful daughter as part of my crafty christmas hamper she brought me.

Everything else used is from stash.

This lovely little image is called Audrey in the rain and is here from Stamping Boutique.
Promarkers were used to colour Audrey ,I used glamour dust on the puddle and 3d glitter glue on the rain drops and on tops of the lettering, you cant see in the photo but it really sparkles. Glosssy accents were used on the umbrealla, boots, buttons and hearts on the coat pockets (everywhere I thought I could get away with it!).
The ribbon is from crafty ribbons and everything else is from stash.

Happy New Year Everyone! I hope you all had a good christmas .
Yesterday our snow decided to return so once again I am sitting here looking out at a snowy garden.
My first little card is for my Nephew Nathan who will soon be 3. I struggled big time as I realised I didn't really have any images or stamps suitable for little boys.
I settled for this one that I had brought some time ago fromPink Cat Studios it is called ladybug party tower and is available here.
I coloured using promarkers and used glossy accents on the balloons and the bugs eyes. The buttons are from the capsule collection by papermania.
