Christmas but no mouse

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,

In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;


This time over at Digistamps 4 Joy we would like to see Christmas cards with NO creatures not even a mouse The  challenge this time will last for 4 weeks and if you enter a  no mouse card to the inlinkz,you will also be permitted to enter an "Anything Goes" card too, BUT it MUST have a DS4J image, how cool is that!

I used the fabby digi image Santa Stuck that you can find in the shop here , Coloured with promarkers  - i have used glamour dust on the top of the chimney and on Santa's trousers. on the sleigh I have used polar white flower soft that I managed to make a fabulous mess with .

I decided to use my lacy punch for the lace it really isnt used as much as it should be. I used bakers twine for the first time ever I think I could get addicted. Spotlight

Over at Crafty Sentiments this week the challenge is

'Spotlight it'

Now this is a first for me (I hope it doent show too much) - I quite enjoyed it and found it a little challenging deciding which bits to spotlight and sticking with it . I am not quite sure how others do this but I stamped out two images and then used die cuts for the circles coloured them using promarkers/flexi's and then covered them with acetate. (also used some glamour dust in places)

Naughty Santa

Decided to do a few fun christmas cards so sat yesterday and had a marathon colouring session , so far only turned two of them into cards and this is the fisrt one.

Stumbled across some really great Christmas digi's on Make It Crafty I treated meself to a few.
