Cherry Kisses - Tea in the 20s - how cute is she , I have made a couple of these cards today using this image but this one has to be my favourite. She is coloured with promarkers and I have used a white sakura pen to give the polka dot effect on her clothes. The DP are papermania capsule collection. Spotty Ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons and the flowers from Mulberry Crafts . Glossy Accents on her shoes. I have used my Nellie Sneddon frame which I adore. The sentiment was done on computer using Atomic Pasta font. Have used a little distress ink (antique linen) around the white circles

With quite a few birthdays on the horizon I thought it was time to treat myself to some new digi's, wasn't sure what I totally wanted but knew I didn't want fairies as I have quite a few and not really flowers, that was until I saw this image!!! How adorable is she , this image is called Primrose Flower Fairy from Pollycraft and you can find her here
I coloured using promarkers and used scrummy Glamour dust on her wings, used some dabs of Stardust stickles here and there. I have used my Nellie Snellen frame with a ton of tiny silver gems added. The paper and ribbon is back to basics and the sentiment is a snag 'em stamp from papermania. A few pearls were added.

My Friday afternoon card.

My job for today was going to be gardening, what a shame its rained all day and I had to stay in and craft ;-)
I Love this Sarah Kay image and I'm sure my Granny had a pair of shoes the same as those.
I have taken this photo on a piece of black card as the light is so bad today this seemed to work best but now it looks like I've cut some of the card off - I havent honest...
I have coloured using promarkers and added some faux stitching around with a gelly roll pen , the paper was a freebie download from here . The ribbon was from Crafty Ribbons and the handbag charm is from stash. The buttons are papermania capsule collection. I slightly inked the corners and edges.

My Non Square Card

Over at One Stitch At A Time this week the challenge is 'Anything but square' - What do you mean - arghhh I only do square cards , did a round one once but didnt like it , so decided to try something new, well new for me and I loved it. The only problem I found was being able to take photographs , next time I make one I think I will take piccys before I attach it together.
I have used the lovely image Butterfly Love from Stitchy Stamps, coloured with promarkers, Glamour dust on the wings (they twinkle so nice), I have very slightly inked around the edge. Gold stickle on her nails and on buttons at front of dress. With Love was made using Hobbyhorse font. Everything else used was from stash.

Digital Delights Birthday Papers

I have used one of the new papers from the Birthday Paperpack, I am totally loving using digital papers something I wasnt sure if I would like or not.

My image I thought matched well, I used Booboo Bear which is a freebie for reaching 100 members on our SNR group, if you are quick he is still there but not for much longer. Click here to join and find Booboo

I have used promarkers to colour and some Glossy accents on his nose and feet. A few tiny gems to the sentiment a dusting of ink around Booboo and he is ready to party.

For my project this week I chose to use the delightful Birthday Pippin, you can find him here, I also used the ticket sentiment from Digital Delights and that can be found here as part of a set.
I have used promarkers to colour and fluffy stuff on the cake icing. Glossy accents on Pippin's nose and some tiny gems on the cake. Glamour dust and fine plum glitter has been used on the party hat. The stars were done in starry night stickles and grape ice. The paper is Back to Basics by Dovecraft.

It's the One year Birthday Bash over at One Stitch At A Time, I have always enjoyed there challenges , so I baked them a cake , ok so I didnt bake it I merely coloured, Glamour dust and iced it.
For my card I have used one of the stamps from Kelley Kid's Bithday kit . I adore this image and found her lovely to colour. I have used promarkers to colour . The cake was covered with glamour dust and on the icing I used white fluffy stuff. I also used glamour dust on her socks, wings and stars. I added Glossy accents to her shoes. The ribbon and pink and white striped buttons are from Crafty Ribbons and the small black and white spotty buttons are from Papermania capsule collection.

For my card I used the Dumpling accessories and its a Girl Sentiment . I coloured using Promarkers, and used a touch of fairy sparkle pink fine glitter on teddys bow, a splodge of glossy accents on her nose. The lovely ribbon was from Creative Craft World . Everything else used is from stash.

I did some cards like this at christmas, keeping it nice and plain but using images that I could add quite a bit too, I really like the effect and I so love making pink and girly cards.
I have coloured using promarkers. The wings have been done using pink fairy sparkles fine glitter. The toadstool has been covered in Glossy accents. Blobs of gold and crystal ice stickles here and there. The with love was done using an new/old stamp - a stamp that I had to have at the time but never used.

Hmmm can Leprechaun's be classed as sweet? maybe not but I do think this little fella has a certain sweetness about him all be it mixed with a glint of naughtiness!
He was a download that I cant for the life of me remember where from and I cant find him again either. I have used promarkers to colour and have used white fun flock on his hair, beard and eyebrows. Gold 3d glitter has been used on the coins and glossy accents on his pipe and shoes. The paper was a freebie download that matched perfectly for my card and the sentiment I printed out using shadowed serif font.

Wooohooo its new release day over at Digital Delights and I have used one of them for this week's card.
I fell in love with this image and also the sentiment.
The image is called Moonwalk Billy and I can see myself using him quite a lot.
I was able to use all my favourite things -glossy accents across his visor, I loved that effect!! and also plenty of glamor dust was used. The buttons were from the capsule collection and as usual my trusty promarkers were used.

Has it really been a fortnight since our last challenge was set? How quickly the weeks fly by but on the plus side it will soon be spring here.
Onto this fortnights fantastic challenge which is "Flower Power" - its all about flowers - use either a flower image or flowers on your project .
I have used the wonderful image called Freckle-faced Bridal Couple which is available from here.
I have used promarkers to colour, and crystal stickles on the brides dress and veil. The flowers and pins are from Wild Orchid Craft . The charm was a bargain from Hobbycraft that I picked up (49p for 6) in the January sales. The ribbon from Crafty Ribbons and the paper is Dovecraft back to basics
